At LA SCORES, I serve on the Board of Directors, contributing to the strategic decision-making of an organization that impacts thousands of children in vulnerable communities across Los Angeles.
LA SCORES combines football, poetry, and social-emotional development to promote wellness, education, and leadership among youth in public schools.
2022-2025 OEA
At the Organization of American States (OAS), I served as a Goodwill Ambassador for Equity in Sports, working to promote gender equality and access to sports across the region.
In this role, I spearheaded initiatives aimed at highlighting the barriers women face in the athletic field and raising awareness about the importance of sports as a tool for inclusion, development, and leadership.
I participated in institutional forums and international summits, collaborating with various stakeholders to promote policies and actions that foster greater equity in sports throughout Latin America.
My work focused on taking sports beyond competition, positioning it as a strategic tool for social development, education, and the empowerment of women and girls.
2021-2022 PACHUCA
At Club Pachuca, I served in the Human Development department, working as a mentor and supporting educational processes within professional football.
My role focused on strengthening leadership, mindset, and the personal growth of players, based on the understanding that athletic performance is directly linked to the holistic development of the individual.
I was part of the U-20 team environment, collaborating on the construction of team dynamics, work culture, and emotional tools for high-level competition.
My approach went beyond on-field performance; it was about preparing players to sustain professional careers built on values, resilience, and clarity in decision-making.
This experience consolidated my work at the intersection of elite sports and human development, integrating coaching tools within professional structures.
2013-2019 AFFAR
Co-founder of the Argentine Women’s Football Association (AFFAR), one of the first organizations in the country dedicated to driving the development, visibility, and professionalization of women’s football.
At AFFAR, I worked actively to create spaces for women within the sport, promoting not only access to football but also training in leadership, teamwork, and personal development.
The organization was born in a context where women’s football had little visibility and few structural opportunities. Our work focused on paving the way, building community, and providing players, coaches, and women in sports with the tools to grow both on and off the field.
AFFAR was not just a sports project; it was a platform for social change, where football served as a vehicle to empower women and challenge traditional structures.
This experience marked the beginning of my journey at the intersection of sports and social impact—a path I continue to pursue at an international level.
2016- 2019 BOCA JUNIORS
At Boca Juniors, I worked within the Gender and Sports department, driving the integration of an equality-focused perspective within one of Argentina’s most iconic football institutions.
As part of this work, I founded and directed the Women’s Football School in partnership with the Boca Social Foundation—a space dedicated to athletic training, inclusion, and the personal development of women and youth.
In this role, I was responsible for training sessions and educational processes, integrating physical preparation and technical skills with core values such as teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie.
My work at Boca was not only focused on athletic growth but also on creating real access for women within football, contributing to the expansion and visibility of women’s sports in Argentina.
